There are days I really don't enjoy having adult responsibilities. A few days ago, Matt and I were working out the details of a new adult responsibility we hadn't faced before (more like overwhelming and left my head spinning). Anyway...I was really freaking out on the inside feeling as if everything was riding on me and the decision I made. I could feel panic coursing through my veins.
Matt grabbed my hand out of the blue and just said these simple words, "I just want you to know that I trust you!"
Those few words were all I needed to hear. I didn't just hear him say "I trust you", I also heard "I love you! I love being married to you! You can handle this!"
Panic Attack Averted (at least for the moment)!
